Hypermobility 

Where the joints move beyond normal range


For Children and Adults

Classes aim to strengthen muscles and train the body not to hyper-extend the joints in everyday movement - eg catching a ball, picking up objects, walking, running.


I use the Bosu Ball to improve balance and varied ankle weights to increase strength.  Upper body strengthening includes working with free weights.  I try to limit the range of movement during exercise to avoid hyper extension of joints.

I work with your Physiotherapist's exercise programme following medical advice.
