Scoliosis is a sideways curvature of the spine, in which the spinal column can also twist, pulling the ribcage out of position.


The importance of regular exercise and strength techniques in pre and post-operative scoliosis cannot be underestimated.  It is vital that muscles surrounding the spine are kept strong including chest, back, upper back and stomach.


Through my own experience of Scoliosis over 25 years I combine a group of exercises to strengthen and help improve posture and ease pain.
